Until Next Year!

Well it's Monday morning and our sisters weekend is over.  It was so much fun, and I'm sure we're all sad it's over.  But I have to say I'm sure we wouldn't have been able to survive much longer on such little sleep.  We'd all say to go to bed, but no one wanted to be the first to leave and possibly miss a second of conversation.  I know I had a hard time even showering because I didn't want to leave the party (don't worry I did shower).

One of the activities we did was a Easter craft.  My mom and I picked them out at the Wood Connection.  If you love painting and doing your own crafts (and live near the Salt Lake area) the Wood Connection is for you!  They cut their own wood there at the store so it is very cheap.
This was the craft we did.  If you have a jigsaw you could do this yourself really easily.  Just three different sized eggs.  Then we painted them different colors and Modge-Podged scrapbook paper on the front.  Then we tied bows around them.  It was really easy and fun.  All eight sets of eggs looked different and unique and very cute.

I love the Wood Connection, here are my other Easter decorations I got from there.

I love my Home decoration.  There is a different 'o' for every month of the year.  So if your feeling crafty check out http://www.thewoodconnection.com/ I promise it will make you want to go and get something.

Have a Marvelous Monday!

Millie, thanks for showing our cute craft from our very fun weekend. Sisters are the best. Thanks to all of my daughters for the great weekend and the love we share. I am so sad it is over but I am with Millie, much longer and we would have all needed to go to the hospital from too much talking and too little sleep. Love, Mom

So, so cute, Millie! Thanks for posting. It was so fun to hang out with you. I didn't know how crafty you are! I think every young mom needs a little hobby to pass away the days in student housing with a busy husband and very little adult interaction! Great job!
